SCIP First Culture and Art Festival Opens. Sept.22, 2009
On Sept. 17, 2009 SCIP Culture and Art Festival Opening Ceremony was held in SCIP. The event began with singing competition and included items such as handmade wares, symphony lectures, English speech competition. More than 30 companies in the Park took part in the Festival.
