On Dec.8, Ling You Engineering-Plastics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd held the groundbreaking ceremony in SCIP. The new company is a joint vernture between Mitsuibishi Gas Chemical Corporation (MGC) and Mitsuibishi Engineeringing-Plastics Co., Ltd for building a 80,000t/a PC project on plot E3-3 in SCIP, which is expected to turn into operation in Spring 2012.
