SCIPDC shall be specifically responsible for the development
of construction and infrastructures of the SCIP, and
for inviting investors and applying for approval of
enterprises settled in the SCIP and other routine works.
The SCIPDC shall also provide services for enterprises
and organizations in the SCIP.
