Shanghai is the financial center of China. At present,with five domestic banks setting up branches in SCIP, the loans granted by these banks to projects within the Park have hit over RMB 20 billion Yuan, and the aggregate amount of loans committed by the banks for the stage 1 development program of SCIP has surpassed RMB 40 billion Yuan.
