Shanghai Caustic Soda and PVC project is co-invested by Shanghai Tianyuan Group,Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co.,Ltd and Shanghai Coking with the total investment of RMB3.698 billion. It is the main project coordinating with 900,000t/a ethylene project. Its construction started on March 2,2004, start up in June 2006.
