is invested by JV of GPCC, SHYG, SCAC, BASF and Huntsman
with the total capital investment of 1.12 billion(home
and abroad contribution ratio being 30%:70%).Its construction
started in Mar. 2004 and started commercial operation
in Aug. 2006.
