Marked as major and municipal project, the Tianyuan removal and reconstruction project consisting of 20,000t/a paste PVC,and 20,000t/a special PVC (Tianyuan PVC project) were the first industrial projects whose construction was first completed for the first phase within SCIP with the total investment of RMB 210 million.In Dec.2000, qualified products were produced.
