The
project is co-invested by Shanghai chemical Industry Park
Development Company Limited, Shanghai Chemical Industry
Park Investment Company Limited, Swire SITA Waste Services
Limited from Hong Kong under Suez Group, and New World
Group from Hong Kong with the total investment of about
510 million Hong Kong dollars. The capital injection ratio
between the domestic companies and foreign companies are
50%: 50%. This project have granted the approval by Shanghai
Chemical Industry Park Administrative Commission in March
2003, and thus the JV with the name of Shanghai Chemical
Industry Park Swire SITA Waste Services Company Limited
established through the registration of industry and commerce.
This project has started its construction in November
of 2004, startup in Aug. 2006, started commercial operation
in July, 2007.
