Water Development Co., Ltd From Hongkong, subsidiary of
Suez Group with the capital of RMB 398 million (home and
abroad contribution ratio 50%:50%).The construction bagan
in Sept.2001. According to the plan, phase 1 began to
receive waste water in Jan.2003.
