Water Plant
is invested by JV of SCIPDC, SCIPIC and Sino-French Water
Development Co.,Ltd from Hongkong,subsidiary of Suez Group
with the total capital of RMB 340 million (home and abroad
contribution ratio 50%:50%). The project has been started
in Oct.2001, partial supply of water was achieved in Dec.2002,
and the whole project has been completed and put into
use in April.2004.
