2015 SCIPDC led the efforts to establish SCIP Enterprise Association in 2015 to act as the main player putting together social care programs.
2016 SCIPEA was officially established in 2016, with SCIPDC as the Presiding Member.

Organizing “Public Open Access Day” Programs
The Association has organized “Public Open Access Day” programs to bring people to SCIP to learn about chemical industry so that local residents will share the same vision with us to seek coordinated and synergistic development between chemical industry and adjacent areas.

researching and compiling Annual Report on Social Care, formulating dedicated 13th Five Year Plan for Social Care as well as organizing annual Responsible Care Thematic Day programs.

In a bid to encourage proactive efforts by companies to practice responsible care principles and incorporate responsible care commitment into their corporate management system, the Association supports resident companies in signing Letter of Commitment for Responsible Care
