• SCIP will spare no efforts in accelerating the building of Shanghai International Chemical New Materials Innovation Center, making it a glamorous business card showcasing Made in Shanghai and City of Innovation to further enhance international competitiveness of China’s chemical industry and core competence of Shanghai. 

    Shanghai International Chemical New Materials Innovation Center, situated in SCIP and connected with downtown areas to the north, Jinshan to the west, and Fengxian to the east, attracts all types of innovative resources to focus on R&D incubation, research commercialization and application innovation in a bid to become a cluster area of chemical new material industry and a cradle for innovation.

  • SCIP works with famous domestic and foreign institutions of higher education, research institutions, key companies, and partners in neighboring areas in establishing Shanghai International Chemical New Materials Innovation Allliance.

    An expert committee was established and a new type of innovation ecosystem putting together government, industries, academia, research institutions, commercialization capabilities and capital was put in place to promote cooperative innovation between upstream and downstream in a cross-discipline and cross-regional manner in a bid to work out a new path for collaborative innovation.
